Circular economy is an economic system aimed at eliminating waste and the continual use of resources. When thinking about transforming society into a circular economy, ideas of a just transition are also important. This is needed to reduce inequalities within and between countries, to ensure that noone is left behind.

by collaborating, setting aside our differences and taking the time to do so…

1. Yes. It is possible for countries to make that shift if there is a will.
2. Individuals can the transition much more possible through advocacy, community sensitization and stakeholder engagement.
3. Provision of alternative can be the most fairest gesture to the workers.
1- Probably it is difficult for ONE country alone to transform ‘its’ economy because in reality a big part of this economy is ‘subcontracted’ to countries like China.
2- We can apply the ‘RRR’ principles to our personal life, and boycott certain enterprises. But a change of system will not come only from small personal changes.
3- Making them participate in such decisions and thinking about how to use their skills in new professions and activities.
