Being grateful and thankful is to express the appreciation of what we have in our lives. Different people have different things, and still it is up to us on what we want to focus – either what we have, or what we lack. The choice is ours. And when deciding it is good to remember that expressing gratitude makes us happier, brings more positive emotions, makes us feel alive and joyful, helps us sleep better, even strengthens our immune system.

Work to support someone feeble and in need especially. Trying to help anyone in need makes me smile the whole day believing to fulfilling grace and opportunity God has blessed me with.
